Our vibrant congregation is a warm & friendly, multi-generational, extended family. We are dedicated to the religious, cultural, educational & social aspirations of our members.  NHC, located in New City, NY, has served Greater Rockland County for close to 70 years.  We are actively affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and the Jewish Federation of Rockland County.

There is always something for everyone at the Nanuet Hebrew Center.  Our services have a special beauty & comfort for all.  Adult Education, such as our Monday Lunchtime Torah study, Bnai Torah Classes & our Zing Zest & Pizzazz Torathons reminds us that learning is for life.  We are also proud of our Religious School, Men’s Club, Sisterhood, Book Discussion Group, annual Israel Birthday Party, Havdallah (as well as “Hav-Deli”,  “Hav-Dairy” and even “Hunan Havdallah”) gatherings, Arts Festival, Coffee Houses and our Gift Shop.  These are just a few of the many wonderful things going on at our Shul.
